A value betting API for explainable EV analysis

Raw odds and calculated expected value data for your betting tools, models and integrations.

What is a value betting API?

A value betting API helps an application compare offered odds against an estimated probability. An odds feed supplies prices; an EV calculation also needs a probability model or reference market. A price alone does not establish an edge.

Raw odds and calculated EV

Choose raw market prices or pre-calculated EV bets for your product. Discuss your sports, markets, update frequency and history requirements with our team.

Useful context includes the offered price, estimated fair probability, reference source and the timestamps of the underlying observations. Stale prices, suspended markets and mismatched selections need to be handled before comparing results.

An example with explicit assumptions

If your estimated win probability is 50% and the available decimal odds are 2.10, expected return per unit staked is (0.50 × 2.10) − 1 = 0.05, or 5%. This is an expectation under your model, not a guaranteed return.

Read the expected value calculation guide for the assumptions and a reference-market example.
