Privacy notice

When you request access to ValueOddsAPI, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, selected plan and product, project description and the CTA that led you to the form. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

We use these details to review your request and contact you about access. We do not create an account, charge you or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Submission includes your permission to store the request and contact you about it.

Requests are stored in a private database on our server. A notification containing your request is sent through Resend to our team at vpsystem1@gmail.com, using Gmail. Only our team and the service providers needed to store and deliver the request receive these details.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your request, or withdraw permission for further contact, by emailing vpsystem1@gmail.com. We retain requests while handling access enquiries and remove them when no longer needed. There is no automated account approval.

With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity (project z60yvrxjuy) for usage analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity receives browsing and device data to help us understand how visitors use the site. Signup form contents and confirmation details are marked for masking. Clarity loads only after you accept analytics; advertising storage consent remains denied. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using Analytics settings in the footer. Standard server logs may record IP addresses, requested URLs and timestamps for operation and security. Form contents are not written to access logs.
