Most odds APIs are built around US and UK bookmakers. If your product serves Danish or Nordic users, the prices they actually see are often missing. This page shows what we collect from the three largest Nordic sportsbooks, with numbers we measured ourselves.

Football: depth and refresh rate
We counted every football match each bookmaker had open in our system during one hour, how many individual prices those matches carried, how often each match was refreshed, and how many price events (new prices, changed prices and withdrawn prices) we recorded. Pinnacle and bet365 are included as reference points.

A “price” is one selection in one market, for example Over 2.5 goals or a player to score. Numbers are rounded and come from a single Saturday-afternoon sample; coverage changes with the fixture list, time of day and season.
What the numbers mean
Nordic books carry deep markets. Danske Spil and Bet25 offer roughly a thousand prices per football match, far more than Pinnacle’s focused main lines. That depth covers totals, handicaps, corners, cards and player markets that a comparison or analytics product needs.
They move a lot. Danske Spil produced more price events in the hour than Pinnacle and bet365 combined. A feed that only polls every few minutes, or only carries main markets, misses most of that movement.
Refresh is measured per match, not promised. The median refresh is the typical gap between two complete reads of the same match. A price that changes and changes back inside that gap is not captured. bet365 refreshes fastest in our pipeline; the Nordic books sit around one to two minutes for football.

Matches listed and median refresh during the same hour. Basketball depth at NordicBet is unusually high because it lists many lower leagues.

No. ValueOddsAPI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Danske Spil, Bet25 or NordicBet. Brand names are used only to describe which prices our data covers. Permitted use of the data is agreed per application before activation.
Are the markets the same at every bookmaker?
No. Each bookmaker names and structures markets differently. We map them to a common format, but some markets exist at only one bookmaker, and line availability differs.
Can I get historical Nordic odds?
Yes. Historical datasets are available on the Data Archive plan. Tell us which bookmakers, sports and period you need, and we confirm what we hold before activation.
How fast is the data?
It depends on the bookmaker. In our measurement the Nordic books refreshed football matches about every one to two minutes, and bet365 about every nine seconds. Delivery capacity is agreed for your application.
